Situated in a thick forest, Plitvice Lakes are considered one of the most beautiful natural phenomena in the world. The 16 lakes, connected by 92 waterfalls, cascade through the picturesque surrounding. Plitvice Lakes were declared a national park in 1949, and since 1979, they have been on UNESCO´s List of World Natural Heritage.

Departure from the agreed starting point by bus. Drive takes four hours. Arriving at Plitvice, guided tour of the national park untill 1 pm. Free time for lunch, or walking. Departure from Plitvice at about 4 pm. Arrival to the starting point at around 8:30 pm.
